Step 1: Fit the application form or write us e-mail for inquiry

You can contact us online or send the e-mail for inquiry. We will respond as soon as possible. Please understand there will be time difference and holiday.

Step 2: Discuss your requirement and provide you quotation

Please give us your more inquiry detailed the better. Including OEM, ODM, appearance and packing…etc. We will according to your require and provide the quotation.

Step 3: Make the agreement and place the order

If you agree the prices and other details, please place the formal order. Or, we can provide the contract for this order. After received the deposit, we can offer you the samples before making mass product.

Step 4: Inspection and shipping

When you confirm the samples, we will soon arrange for the mass product. After finished the produced, we can do the inspection in different way. By our QC, third party, your own inspector, photo check, or send the final product… etc. When you confirm, we will arrange for ocean or freight deliver by your appoint forwarder.

Step 5: Received the cargo and after-sales service

If there is any problem for the product, you can give us feedback or provide us the photo. We will usually prepare some bake up for some deliver damage. If it is human damage or others, we will according to the situation and give the backup products.

Step 6: Routine order or find new items

We wish to make every customer with long and good relationship. Every year, we will develop 2 - 3 product or opening the new model. You can have the same items before or find anything new in the future.
