E-link make sure every plastic pill box quality.
Every OEM ODM pill organizer will do the basic eye checking while packing. When the product finish, QC department will randomly select around 1% or 1-200 pcs for carefulness checking. Including damage, outlook, button press, opening, compact, falling and others.
Some of item will test by press and open machine, water sink and few mechanical testing. We also except for third party quality inspection.
Pill Box & Plastic Box QC Flow Chart
1. We are using the 100% new food grade plastic material to make our item. Non-toxic and no heavy metal by SGS report.
2. Beside the machine. Our employee will check the shape and box shrink is correct or not.
3. Sending to packing line for assemble the parts and out package. In the meanwhile, they will double check about the printing, appearance and function by eye.
4. Our QC will take some samples to test the function according our standard. With machine or human strength to use the box.
